Time: 9:00 am. – 1:00 p.m.

Tuition: $65.00

Ages: Adult (18 and Up)

Experience Level: All levels are welcome. No experience required.

Students Please Bring:

  •  Work apron /smock and non-latex gloves,  
  • Some sketched ideas   around 4” x 6”  or photo references.
  • Note taking materials.
  • (Optional) A snack and/or water bottle. Filtered water is available in the classroom.

We will begin with carving your unique designs into a pre-cut relief printing plate in the shape of a holiday ornament. You will create a design for both sides of your printing plate. Then we will print traditional greeting cards, accordion fold cards, and 3D ornaments. Focus on one or do some of each. Pam will also provide some plates of more ornaments and evergreen boughs to incorporate with your ornament printing plate for your prints. All of the inks used are nontoxic.

If you want to continue printing at home Brayers and Ink are available for purchase at Olive’s Porch.

Instructor provided materials are included with an estimated $30- 40 FEE PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR at the time of the workshop. Material fees may change depending on the number of participants and price of materials at the workshop. *Payment by cash or check is required for materials fees.

About Instructor: Pam’s professional Artistic journey began after graduating from Ringling College of Art and Design. Her practice combines being a practicing artist and teaching artist.  Sharing her passion for the arts though teaching, ever expanding mark making possibilities, continues to inspire her teaching practice and art making.
