Soap, Salts, and Balms

All levels are welcome. No experience required.
Create your own custom natural soap, bath salts, and lip balms. Using the "cold process" method, you will make soap the same way the pioneer folks did. Then we will explore bath salts, lip balms, and more. Using high-quality, all natural ingredients including herbs, and essential oils, craft products that are free of synthetic ingredients and good for your skin. Go home a batch of soap and lip balms, many jars of bath salts, and recipes.
There will be a 30-minute lunch break. Bring a lunch or explore local dining options.
All materials are included with a $35 PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR at the time of the workshop.

Allison Haigler's life's work is to live a purposeful, creative, healthful existence, which means balancing all of her interests and priorities. She loves to be on either side of the learning experience, be it teaching soap or learning a new hobby, of which she has many. When not making natural skin care products, Allison can be found making journals by hand, spending time in the garden, raising her children, working on websites, knitting, and anything else that might be capturing her attention. She lives in Brasstown, NC, with her husband and two kids.
