Tapas were initially designed as an after-work drinking snack that has evolved into a social event worthy of the finest restaurants. We'll raid the folk school garden and make a few simple and delicious dishes to share. See how easy it is to create a tapas meal at home. We'll prepare dishes like patatas bravas, pan tomate, gazpacho, shrimp with garlic, and more, depending on what's available in the garden.
All food items are included with a Materials Kit Fee of $50-$80 payable to the instructor at the time of the workshop.
*Materials fee is determined by the number of participants and cost of goods at the time of the workshop.
*Payment by cash or check is required for materials fees.
*This workshop takes place on the John C. Campbell Folk School Campus in the Davidson Hall Cooking Studio. Campus Map
