• (Optional) A snack and/or water bottle. Filtered water is available in the classroom.

Learn how to create your own Zero-Proof Cocktails with fresh and seasonal ingredients. This is a great way for beginners and beyond to learn something new about creating attractive and tasty libations. New students will learn the basics of presentation and garnishing, how to pair flavors, and more. Returning students will build on their knowledge.

All materials are included with a $20-25 FEE PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR at the time of the workshop. Material fees are subject to change depending on the number of participants and price of materials at the time of the workshop.*Payment by cash or check is required for materials fees. 

About Instructor: The Bar Manager at The Crown Restaurant in Brasstown, Jake is passionate about local, seasonal ingredients. He developed a love for cooking while spending time with his Colombian abuelita and is now sharing his enthusiasm and expertise serving the community and teaching.
