Delve into crafting your own herb-infused vinegars and shrubs to enhance your cooking, beverages, and wellness! We’ll cover infusing culinary and medicinal herbs in vinegar, as well as creating drinking shrubs with vinegar, fruit, sugar/honey, and herbs. Participants will leave with their own creation to take home.
Try your hand at making the ingredients you'd need for a tasty libation! If you're interested in Zero Proof Cocktails, a "shrub" is a great ingredient for many mixed drinks. Shrubs can replace spirits to add flavor to mixed drinks or be used in addition to enhance your favorite summer cocktail.

Material fees may change depending on the number of participants and price of materials at the workshop. *Payment by cash or check is required for materials fees.
