Get ready to make a variety of delicious chocolates to gift to your loved ones this holiday season! We will make ganache truffle, infused with spices, citrus, and fruits, as well as several different types of chocolate bark using white, milk, and dark chocolates and nuts, peppermint, and candy decorations. We'll learn how to temper chocolate to make fancy decor and to coat our truffles, and if time allows we will craft an edible box from tempered chocolate that can be used to present your delicious gifts. This class is definitely the gift that keeps on giving!
