All levels are welcome. No experience required.
Learn how to create your own Zero-Proof Cocktails with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Students will get ready to celebrate with winter herbs and focus on citrus with hints of cranberry, hibiscus, and juniper. This is a great way for beginners and beyond to learn something new about creating attractive and tasty libations. New students will learn the basics of presentation and garnishing, how to pair flavors etc. Returning students will build on their knowledge.
Students Please Bring:
- Note taking materials.
- Water bottle. Filtered water is available in the classroom.
An additional fee for materials provided by your instructor for this workshop is estimated at $20.00 – 25.00 THIS FEE IS PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR at the time of the workshop. Material fees may change depending on the number of participants and price of materials at the workshop. *Payment by cash or check is required for materials fees.

About Instructor: Jake Diaz is the Bar Manager at Mountain Vale Lodge in Murphy, NC. Jake is passionate about local, seasonal ingredients. He developed a love for cooking while spending time with his Colombian Abuelita and is now sharing his enthusiasm and expertise serving the community and teaching.
